2019
Alturas Ventures is formed, with a focus on early stage investing and business acquisitions.
2020
Alturas Ventures completes its first acquisition: the Hartley Companies. The companies offer concrete and excavation services in the Treasure Valley.
2022
Alturas Ventures forms the Alturas Business Fund and completes the acquisition of Idaho Fitness Factory. Idaho Fitness Factory operates multiple 24-hour fitness clubs in the Boise area.
