INITIAL DUE DILIGENCE
We work with you to understand your company’s core values, financial statements, market, and competitors.
LETTER OF INTENT
After we have collaborated on Initial Due Diligence, together we craft a Letter of Intent to launch the Final Due Diligence phase.
FINAL DUE DILIGENCE
In the Final Due Diligence phase, we perform full due diligence procedures to ensure that a transaction makes sense. We create a Purchase Agreement to set the terms of the deal.
TRANSITION
We create an integration plan to ensure the business transitions as efficiently as possible. Priority is ensuring the transition runs as smoothly as possible for employees of the business.
