Businesses can be a great source of good in our communities. The Fund supports its local communities through supporting other entrepreneurs, charitable causes our people support, and events that enhance community culture. This is first and foremost led by our people.
Financial
We strive to attract top talent and compensate them well through short-term and long-term compensation. The Fund provides a mechanism whereby employees can have long-term alignment with their business and the Fund through ownership whenever permissible under SEC guidelines. Other compensation and benefit programs are also available to ensure we are being good financial partners to our people.
Physical
Physical wellbeing is key to overall health which is why we support employees health through various programs including, health club memberships, personal training, fitness event sponsorship, and fitness subsidies.
